PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device which improves waterproof performance while absorbing displacement between a case and a connector, and also to provide a sealing structure, and a connector with the sealing device. SOLUTION: The sealing device 30 is provided with: an outer-peripheral annular member 31 adheringly fixed on the outer face at a peripheral edge part of a case window part 11; an inner-peripheral annular member 32, which is nearly concentrically arranged to the inner peripheral side of the outer-peripheral annular member at an interval and adheringly fixed on the outer face of a flange part 4 at the outer peripheral part of the connector 2 fixed to a substrate inside the case through the case window part; and an annular flexible thin-film body 35 whose outer peripheral edge part 35b and inner peripheral edge part 35a are fixed to the outer-peripheral annular member and the inner-peripheral annular member respectively, and which seals a gap between the case window part and the connector by entering the gap between the case window part and the connector while being pushed by water pressure applied from outside of the case.
