PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather device capable of achieving intake and exhaust while preventing oil leakage. SOLUTION: An interposed plate 5 having an exhaust hole 5c and an intake hole 5b is provided in a breather valve 1 so as to be interposed in a passage 10 making a sealed space of a sealing device to be attached communicate with the outside, and a first valve 8 energized so as to close the exhaust hole 5c of the interposed plate 5 by a first spring 9 and a second valve 6 energized so as to close the intake hole 5b of the interposed plate 5 by a second spring 7 are arranged to face each other through the interposed plate 5.
