<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anyone to easily and quickly record an electronic medical chart. <P>SOLUTION: In a hospital computer, a pen type input device (for example, a liquid crystal pen tablet) is adopted in creation of the electronic medical chart. In the hospital computer, forms for sketching various affected parts are preliminarily registered. A doctor touches entered affected part figure display areas 27a, 27b or an area 27c without display of the affected part figure of an affected part figure sheet 27 with a pen twice and sketches the affected parts with a liquid crystal panel using the entered affected part figure or the forms for sketch as a design when the affected part figure is sketched. The doctor performs DO input by displaying a DO input sheet 100 by touching a desired display column of a medical examination act sheet 25 with the pen twice or touching a check box of medical examination acts developed on the DO input sheet with the pen when the DO input is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
