PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable terminal equipment for reducing time and labor to search an electronic settlement unit for executing settlement with electronic money by using a non-contact IC card.

SOLUTION: A non-contact IC card 12 acquires merchandise information from an electronic settlement unit through an antenna 16. A GPS part 21 measures the current location. A memory 10 records the current position measured by the GPS part 21 when the merchandise information is acquired by a non-contact IC card 12 and the merchandise information while associating them with each other.
