<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve order processing without generating stagnation by dealing with even to an order directly received from a guest, and for, even when a cook leaves, transferring cooking information in charge to an alternative cook. <P>SOLUTION: This system for managing order information such as a touch panel for enabling a guest to order food and drink at a restaurant is provided with a central control unit 14 configured of a POS data acquiring means 18; a menu generating means 20; an order information managing means 22; a transfer destination designating means 24; out-of-stock display instructing means 26; and a distributing means 28. This system is also provided with a kitchen terminal 30 configured of a cooking information display part 32; an order information input part 34; a leaving information input part 36; and an out-of-stock information input part 40. This system is characterized in generating a menu by the central control unit 14 based on POS data from a POS register 16, and displaying this menu at each order terminal 12, and managing order information directly received from the guest without using the order terminal 12, and transferring, when the leaving information of a cook is input, cooking information in charge to another cook to instruct cooking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
