<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the flexibility in a movement of a movable body, and allow a stable operation. <P>SOLUTION: An impact driven actuator includes a displacement generating means 2 installed in a fixing member 1 and generating a minute displacement in the second direction opposite to the first direction, a vibrated member 4 reciprocated by the minute displacement from the displacement generating means, the movable body 3 installed on a first plane of the vibrated member, a suction power controlling means for controlling suction power between the movable body and the vibrated member, and a movable body holding means 5 fixed to the fixing member at one end and disposed along the vibrated member. The movable body is frictionally coupled to the vibrated member and the movable body holding means so as to be supported and interleaved between the movable body holding means and the vibrated member. A difference between a frictional force between the movable body and the vibrated member and a frictional force between the movable body and the movable body holding means is controlled by the suction power generated by the suction power controlling means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
