<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump hot water supplier capable of establishing an energy efficiency equal to or over the conventional level by making the most of the features of this a heat pump hot water supplier using a very simple constitution and through a simple control. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to a hot water supplying means for a bath, a water draining means is installed, whereby at the time of re-heating, a high temperature hot water is supplied to a bathtub upon draining the bathtub water in a quantity as calculated so that the bathtub water temperature and quantity become the set values therefor, enabling elimination of the process of returning the middle temperature water to a hot water storage tank owing to re-heating of the bathtub, and it is possible to generate heating in the tank without dropping the efficiency of the heat pump.
