<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collected toner classifier improved in the mesh passing efficiency of toner and achieving space saving. <P>SOLUTION: The collected toner classifier where meshed members having different meshes are installed in a double cylinder state and arranged in such mesh order that the meshes get smaller and smaller in a toner conveying direction is equipped with a brush member coming into contact with the meshed members, and classifies collected toner while conveying it by the rotation of the meshed members. The collected toner classifier 6 improved in the mesh passing efficiency by applying bias to space between a powder discarding filter 1 and a collecting filter 2 being between the meshes of the double cylinder state is provided, and the image forming apparatus is also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
