<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly cope with a variation in the quantity of consumables used in a predetermined period. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming system is formed by connecting a plurality of image forming devices for forming an image on the basis of inputted user identification information and image forming data; and has a setting means for setting a usable quantity of consumables used in the plurality of image forming devices in the predetermined period with every user identification information and a use quantity acquiring means for acquiring the whole use quantity of consumables used in the plurality of image forming devices with every user identification information in the predetermined period; and restricts use of the plurality of image forming devices to a user identified from the user identification information on the basis of the usable quantity set by the setting means and the use quantity acquired by the use quantity acquiring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
