PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device equipped with a reset signal generating circuit having a small consumption current and a small circuit area, and for detecting a plurality of supply voltages. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises a plurality of voltage detecting circuits whose consumption currents do not vary even the supply voltages vary largely, to be configured so as to simultaneously perform amplification and logical calculation about output signals of the voltage detecting circuits by connecting the output signal of each voltage detecting circuit to each gate electrode of a plurality of N type enhancement MIS transistors which are serially connected to an output node of a current mirror circuit, and is equipped with the reset signal generating circuit having low power consumption even in a wide operation voltage range and a small circuit area.
