PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the number of pipette chips to be used, while parallel processing a plurality of kinds of treatments. SOLUTION: The inspection device of a nucleic acid sample has a plurality of different reaction areas, a pipette 1 for dispensing a liquid, the pipette chip detachable, with respect to the pipette 1 and pipette chip housing parts 3, 8, 13 and 19 capable of holding the pipette chip.
