PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatic analysis by using a sealed type liquid sample container holding a liquid sample inside, holding a movable filter inside the upper end, and capable of filtering the liquid sample by the movable filter. SOLUTION: The tip sharpened at a prescribed angle of a suction nozzle whose tip is sharpened at the prescribed angle is pieced into the upper end of the sealed type liquid sample container holding the liquid sample inside, holding the movable filter inside the upper end, and capable of filtering the liquid sample by the movable filter, and held as long as a prescribed time. Then, the movable filter is pressed down at a prescribed speed to a prescribed position below the level of the liquid sample by the tip of the suction nozzle. After pulling up the suction nozzle, filtered liquid sample above the movable filter is sucked. By executing the operation, blowout of the liquid sample can be prevented, and the movable filter can be pressed down surely to a proper position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
