PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit by which stable dead times can be obtained, and to provide a semiconductor integrated device. SOLUTION: The power supply circuit comprises an output circuit 13, having first and second transistors 11, 12 connected between an input reference voltage VIN and reference potential PGND; a signal generation circuit 14 that repeatedly outputs a signal Vosc; an offset signal generation circuit 16, that outputs a prescribed offset signal Vs; a first comparator 17 that compares the repeated signal Vosc and a prescribed reference signal Ver and outputs a first control signal that turns off the first transistor 11 during a period, when the repeated signal Vosc becomes higher than the reference signal Ver; and a second comparator 18, that compares a signal obtained by level-shifting the repeated signal Vosc, by using the offset signal Vs and the reference signal Ver, and outputs a second control signal that turns on the second transistor, during the period when the level-shifted signal becomes higher than the reference signal Ver.
