PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel-form step treatment structure, which can be easily constructed, which can keep costs low, and which enables a foundation to be constructed by using a steel form assembled in such a manner that respective upper surfaces of the foundation are different in level from each other, in accordance with the finishing level of the upper surface, when the foundations different in the finishing level of the upper surface are constructed by being connected together. SOLUTION: In this steel-form step treatment structure 1, when the foundations different in the finishing level of the upper surface are constructed by being connected together, an approximate flat plate-like ruler member 4 is placed on each of the upper surfaces of a form 2 made of H600 steel and a form 3 made of H500 steel, which are assembled in such a manner that the upper surfaces each have a level difference, in accordance with the finishing level of the upper surface of the foundation.
