PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition whose optical distortion is small and which is excellent in mechanical strength, heat resistance and dimensional accuracy, contains secondary aggregated ultra fine particles in a non-conventionally reduced state, and has excellent transparency. SOLUTION: This cross-linked resin composition is characterized by being obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable liquid composition consisting mainly of at least one polymerizable monomer having two or more polymerizable functional groups in the molecule and selected from the group consisting of the following components A and B, containing ultrafine particles having a number-average particle diameter of 0.5 to 50 nm, dispersing the ultrafine particles in the polymer matrix, and having birefringence of≤10 nm in an optical path length of 1 mm. The component A: an alicyclic skeleton-containing bis(meth)acrylate represented by the general formula (1).
