PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer excellent in adhesivity to an adherend, heat resistance, wet heat resistance and further in transparency, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive laminate obtained by using the same. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises a cationically polymerizable composition (A) and a cation polymerization initiator (B), where it comprises a polyurethane resin (A1) having a cationically polymerizable group as a part of the cationically polymerizable composition (A).
