CARBAZOLE-CONTAINING AMINE COMPOUND AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbazole-containing amine compound which has such excellent characteristics as low-voltage driving and a long service life when being used as a material for an organic EL element, by having a high Tg and hardly crystallizing the molecule. SOLUTION: The new carbazole-containing amine compound has a biphenylene group at the center of the molecule and each phenylene of the biphenylene group has an amino group. Where either of the amino groups has two carbazolyl groups and the other amino group has an aromatic hydrocarbon group or a heterocyclic group. Each nitrogen atom of the carbazolyl groups has a monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or a monovalent aromatic heterocyclic group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
