PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving IC or the like that can reduce a noise level regardless to the current ability of a field-effect transistor among field-effect transistors present in an output stage, to which an output control signal is inputted without involving other field-effect transistors. SOLUTION: The driving IC in one embodiment is mounted on a display device and is characterized in that a first field-effect transistor among field-effect transistors present in the output stage, to which an output control signal is inputted without involving other field-effect transistors, has a gate electrode divided into a plurality of electrodes and that a delay means is provided for shifting the ON/OFF timing in at least a part of the gate electrodes.
