PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both-hand opening type arm hanging belt in a vehicle which is hung over a hanging ring and a pipe so as to enable a passenger to read a newspaper, a book or the like while carrying it with his/her both hands and do writing without carrying a bag and luggage with his/her hands when he/she is standing in a train, a bus or the like and thus, can achieve stabilization of his/her body, eliminate weight burden on him/her and prevent fatigue. SOLUTION: The whole of this both-hand opening type arm hanging belt in a vehicle is formed to have one belt (1) shape, and in the middle of it, a length adjustment fixing tool (4) is attached. Moreover, in the middle of the belt (1), an adjustment tool (3) is provided to partition the belt (1) into upper and lower annular portions.
