PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure of a vehicle capable of preventing a waist part of an occupant from moving forward along a sitting part of a seat when the vehicle collides on its front. SOLUTION: This seat structure of the vehicle is provided with right and left supporting rails 5 fixed on a floor in the forward and backward directions and right and left guide rails 6 fitted so as to move freely in the forward and backward directions along the right and left supporting rails 5. Right and left horizontal frame members 7, 8 supporting the seat are connected with the right and left guide rails 6, and an anchor bracket 16 of a seat belt 15 is connected with the right or left horizontal frame member 7, 8. Reinforcing members 19 are mutually connected over the right and left horizontal frame members 7, 8 so that they are positioned in the vicinity of a connection part 16a of the anchor bracket 16. An engaging member 20 capable of moving freely in the forward and backward directions along a lower side of the right or left supporting rail 5 and engaging with the right or left supporting rail 5 from a lower side is connected with the reinforcing member 19, is arranged on an inward side of the seat, and is extended.
