PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of preventing damage due to environmental factors such as ultraviolet rays and impact from dust, lumps of ice and raindrops without obstructing a flow of electric shock current flowing along a surface of an outer skin. SOLUTION: The fastener 1 connects the outer skin of an aircraft to a structural member positioned inside this outer skin, and is provided with an insulator layer 5 arranged to cover one end face of a head section 3 and with an electric conductor layer 6 arranged to cover one end face of the insulator layer 5.
