The anger management room consists of a mild or stainless steel structure (1) in the shape of a pie wedge, or of an H on its side, or of a U on its side . It can include a vandal-proof punch-bag (2) and/or a punching cushion (3), both of which have several fixing point, and produce various sounds on being punched. A colored warning light (4) can be added to indicate a particularly powerful blow. It may be portable, with a carrying hook (5) at the top.
