Disclosed is a dehydration foil having a sensor embedded therein, which has an electrode having an ensured conductivity and good abrasion resistance and therefore can achieve a stable measurement. The dehydration foil (4) is formed by embedding electrodes (20, 30, 37) directly into the surface of a blade (2), wherein each of the electrodes (20, 30, 37) is composed of a cermet comprising titanium carbide and titanium nitride as the main ingredients and the blade (2) is composed of an alumina (Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>) material as the main ingredient.
