AUTO-CLAD WELDING METHOD OF A ROUND SHAPE

The invention relates to the auto-clad welding of the round shape such as pressure vessel for chemical industry and for reactors. Several wire-electrodes are different at each welding start site. And as the welding process reaches the site having a radius equal to 1.5 X bead width, concentric welding and spiral welding are performed to remove several wire-electrodes from most inside in turn. Control of bead width can be easy, a wide section is also welded easily, and a welding zone of high quality is obtained.
