The generator improves the output energy 23mJ per pulse, and the gain ratio; 1% at 30KV by reduction of impedance in the transmission line and spike gap. It includes a storage capacitor (12) which stores high voltage, a nitrogen laser resonance generator (14) which arrays a capacitor array (15) between a positive (19) and a negative (18) electrods, a spike gap (13) which supplies high energy to the laser generator (14), a power transmission plate (20), a moving table (37) which has a fixing screw (38), a cam (32) which is rotated by a handle (31), and a trigger pin (33) which trigges electrodes (34,35).
