<p>The structure is made from a series of expanded metal sheets combined to form a macro-cellular mesh with cells (4) typically measuring between 1 and 10 cm. The metal sheets, which can be expanded, perforated or in the form of grilles, are made from aluminium, stainless steel or carbon steel, with the latter coated with zinc, aluminum, copper or an organic substance.
