The present invention is related to a novel polymeric concrete composition, which is characterised in that it totally removes the use of Portland cement as a binding agent, as well as water as a catalyst or hardener agent. The invention includes a thermostable polymerization or polycondensation resin in percentages ranging from about 6.0% to about 35.0% and from about 94.0% to about 65.0% by weight with regard to mechanical strength elements or loads such as igneous rock-forming minerals like quartz, feldspars in all their orthoclase, microcline and plagioclase types or varieties; nepheline, sodalith, leucite, micas in all their muscovite, biotite and phlogopite types or varieties; pyroxenes in all their augite, aegrine and hyperstene types or varieties; amphiboles in all their hornblende, arfvedsonite and riebeckite types or varieties, and olivines as well as igneous rock accessory minerals such as : zircon, apatite, sphene, magnetite, ilmenite, oligist, apatite, pyrite, rutile, coru ndum and garnet. Plutonic rocks such as granite-granodiorite in all its varieties; syenite-monzonite in its different varieties; tonalite-gabbro-quartz in its different varieties; diorite-gabbro in its different varieties; peridotite in its different varieties; volcanic rocks such as rhyolite in its different varieties; trachy in its different varieties; phonolite in its different varieties; latite and quartz latite in its different varieties; dacite in its different varieties; andesite in its different varieties; basalt in its different varieties; fragmentary igneous rocks or pyroclastic rocks, volcanic ashes and volcanic tuff or powder in their different varieties; pegmatite in its different varieties; sedimentary rocks in all their types and varieties; sedimentary rocks resulting from the mechanical weathering action such as conglomerates in all their types; grit in all its types; clay shale in all it varieties; sedimentary rocks resulting from the chemical weathering action such a s limestone in all its varieties or types; travertine in all its varieties or types; evaporates in all their varieties or types; regional metamorphic rocks in all their varieties or types; contact metamorphic rocks in all their varieties or types. The present invention also including chemical elements as lead sheets or granules; metallic fibres, glass fibres, organic fibres in all their varieties or types, rockwool, iron or steel slag, glass perlite, milled glass, beach sand, blow sand; aluminum sheets or granules; steel rods in all their varieties or types, including the resistance type and varieties thereof, smooth or rough steel bars, iron, steel or aluminum cuttings, and sawdust.
