<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an ink and inorganic phosphor fine particles which reduces commingling of materials of a dispersing machine due to abrasion of the dispersing machine in the dispersion step, has good dispersibility, can stably obtain an inorganic phosphor fine particle having high brightness, and has good jetting properties when the inorganic phosphor particles are used as the inkjet ink, and a method for manufacturing inorganic phosphor fine particles. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus for manufacturing inorganic phosphor fine particles by using a dispersion device for predispersing an inorganic phosphor and a dispersion medium, and a dispersion device for dispersing the predispersed fluid, any part of the dispersion devices with which the inorganic phosphor comes into contact is formed of a ceramic compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
