The apparatus is for interfacing a protocol tester and subhighways of a full electronic PABX. The apparatus comprises a subhighway interface unit(7) for receiving data from the subhighway, a first and a second time slot(5,8) for outputting a time slot designating data, a time slot changer(6) for outputting data corresponding to the designated time slot according to the subhighway interface unit(7) and the first and the second time slot designating unit(5,8), a mode changer(4) for selecting a simulation mode or a monitoring mode according output signal of the time slot changer, a RS232 changer(3) for converting output signal of the mode changer into RS232 data format, and a first and a second protocol tester interface unit(1,2) for sending output signals of the RS232 changer to the testers.
