The apparatus for making the foodstuff from the food wastes, collects the food wastes, crushes, dries and finally makes the foodstuff for animals. The apparatus having a hopper(10), crusher(20), a dehydrator(30), a feeder(40) and a dryer(50), comprises the centrifugal separation type dehydrator having a guider(31) for guiding the raw waste and pulley(34) of the drum(35) driven by the motor(32) via the belt(33); stator(37) for rotating the drum, supported by the bearing (36); filter(38) and draining hole(39). The water refinery filter(60) having the primary/secondary filters(61)(62) and the strainer(63), is mounted in the water draining hole under the body(48).
