In a device for boning the wings of poultry or the like, a number of holding devices are arranged on a conveying device which endlessly circulates in a machine bed, the said holding devices each being equipped with a transverse reception device for a wing, the said reception device passing through a cutting station (21, 71) which cuts the wing bones (12, 13, 62, 63) transversely to their longitudinal direction and has two cutting devices (22, 72) which circulate in the direction of movement of the wings, and then through a separating device (43, 44, 70) which separates the meat (24, 64a) from the bone (12, 13, 62, 63). <IMAGE> |
