Preparation and use of the pure enantiomers of 8-chloro-6-sulfonyloxy-octanoic acid and its alkyl esters and of the pure enantiomers of 6,8-dichloro-octanoic acid and its alkyl esters

Die Herstellung der reinen Enantiomere der 8-Chlor-6-sulfonyloxy-octansäuren bzw. ihrer Alkylester und der reinen Enantiomere der 6,8-Dichlor-octansäure bzw. ihrer Alkylester als Zwischenprodukte bei der Synthese der Enantiomere der α-Liponsäure sowie ein Verfahren zur Überführung beider Enantiomere der 8-Chlor-6-hydroxy-octansäure in ein Enantiomer der α-Liponsäure werden beschrieben.
