Disclosed is a magnetic circuit device for treating fuels used for inner combustion engines, which main purpose is to facilitate combustion in fuels such as gasoline, gas and diesel by applying an intense magnetic field to the fuel supplying duct (8) in inner combustion engines. The present device comprises two ferromagnetic metallic channels (1) and (1??) arranged parallel to each other, thus forming a rectangular-shaped pipe segment useful for conducting a magnetic flow and closing the circuit. The channel (1) comprises a metallic plate (3) fixed thereto and a set of magnets, (4) and (5) located on the plate, having the negative pole thereof directed towards said plate. The channel (1??) also comprises a metallic plate (3), and a set of magnets located on the plate having the positive pole thereof directed towards said plate. Inner components of each channel are coated with a thermoplastic or thermo-fixed (9) material. The channels (1) and (1??) are attached therebetween by means of fa stening covers (2) which are attached to channel (1) using rivets, screws or weld, and to channel (1??) using screws, so that this latter channel may be removed.
