FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for handling containers, load barrels and reservoirs which have no special additional appliances for slinging. Proposed device consists of cross-member in form of frame coupled with pan by at least three flexible slings with loops secured in eyes of cross-member and pan by means of pins with ring groove in middle part. Screw device is installed for tensioning the slings. Cross-member and pan are provided with stops, and shackles are fastened on cross-member and on pan for lifting and shifting device by crane. ^ EFFECT: provision of reliable operation of lifting-and-transporting device. ^ 3 dwg
