FIELD: polymer mixtures and rubber industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: low-permeable elastomer composition useful in manufacturing pneumatic diaphragm such as inside shell of tire comprises elastomer, filler, stratified clay, polybutene softener having molecular mass 400 to 10000, and curing agent. Elastomer can be random copolymer including unit derived from C4-C7-isomonoolefin and can be selected from halogenated isobutylene/p-methylstyrene copolymer, star-shaped butyl rubber, halogenated butyl rubber, and their combinations. Composition as a whole forms nanocomposite.
