FIELD: mining industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to unbalanced mine hoists and it is designed to supply signal for application of safety brake of mine hoist drive. Proposed method of protection of mine hoist plant from running on of hauling ropes comes to mounting and adjusting of mine hoist plant protection device. According to proposed method, actual and tolerable values of static force are determined. Used as characteristics of static force is value of strength of current of hoist drive motor. Tolerable value of strength of current of drive motor is found experimentally in two steps. At first step, empty vehicle lifting cycle is carried, out and cycle lifting of loaded vehicle is performed. Weight of load is equal to weight of vehicles. At second step, tolerable value of strength current of drive motor is determined. Device to protect mine hoist plant from running-on of hauling ropes has unit to monitor actual value of drive motor current strength, unit to record and store characteristic of current of drive motor when lifting empty vehicle, unit to record and store characteristics of drive motor current when lifting load equal to weight of vessel, time counting unit, unit to adjust vehicle weight deviation, unit to adjust lifted weight deviation, unit to check tolerable value of drive motor current, comparator unit and actuating unit. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of checking of vehicle hanging up in mine shaft owing to provision of self-adjusting basing on real characteristics of drive motor current. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
