FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food for cosmic nutrition due to cutting, spreading with table mustard, frying in melted butter and reducing upon a chopper of boiled-smoked ham; cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing upon a chopper onions; frying in melted butter wheat flour; chopping, freezing and reducing upon a chopper fresh white head cabbage. The components mentioned should be mixed with bone broth, common salt and a CO2-extract of the preset micromycete type biomass. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes to be then sealed and sterilized.
