The movable knife is set in the hollow housing and provided with the horizontal slot at its front part. The depth of the slot is defined by the thickness of the vessel wall. The rear part of the cylindrical knife is provided with vertical slot for spring-loaded lever. One of the handles is rigidly connected with the housing. The other handle is connected with the cylindrical knife via the spring-loaded lever. The spring-loaded lever is mounted in the vertical slot.
