The device has a mounting bracket e.g. mounting ring (1), on an electrical lamp holder that holds an incandescent lamp. The bracket is provided with an orifice (2) permits fixation of rods that carry a fill-in screen of light of the incandescent lamp, and carries the orifice on a periphery of the bracket. The orifice receives the rods extending according to axes different from a longitudinal axis of the lamp holder, and the bracket forms an angle with the longitudinal axis of the lamp holder.
