Provided is a vehicle power source device capable of performing accurate temperature increase corresponding to the capacitor ability. For this, the relationship between the temperature corresponding to the current capacitor ability and the internal resistance is obtained upon start, and each time charge/discharge is repeated, the internal resistance is obtained so as to acquire the temperature inside the capacitor from the relationship. Thus, it is possible to obtain an accurate temperature inside the capacitor and it is possible to increase the temperature of the capacitor accurately to the target temperature.
