The turbo-compressor (10) lubricator, comprising feed (4) and outlet (50) channels with the latter connected to a sump, has a branch pipe (50) connected to the outlet channel upstream of the sump to remove at least part of the lubricant's gas phase. The branch pipe is connected horizontally to the outlet channel at a point close to the compressor and it leads to a special decanting system that has its output connected to the sump. The portion of the outlet channel upstream of the branch pipe joint is at an angle of less than 35 degrees to the vertical, while downstream of the joint it is at more than 35 degrees to the vertical.
