The invention relates to a decorative and ornamental device for individual use, which is intended to be used in various spheres of human activities. The device includes a base, hair, sources of light and a command unit, which includes an element creating various modes of lightning, and an electronic media carrying sound with a loudspeaker as well as a power supply source.
