The holder consists of a cylindrical body (3) with two or more apertures (4, 5) that enable a tubular container (2) to be inserted in two orthogonal positions. The base of the body has a slot in it to receive a fixing component (7) such as a suction cup or magnetic gripper that allows the container to be fitted to a vertical or horizontal non-porous or magnetic surface (6).
