The system comprises a floor antenna (51) with an excitation circuit (5), and a detector for the opening or closing of a seat belt switch (43) operated by the tongue (33) of the belt buckle and connected to a passive resonance circuit (4) with an impedance that is determined by the position of the switch. The floor antenna is flat, and the frequency of its excitation circuit signal is of the order of 119 - 135 kHz. |
