ENZYME ELECTRODE

摘要

Disclosed is a practically useful enzyme electrode which can produce a high response current value and a current value insensitive to dissolved oxygen without the need of using any electron transfer protein or electron mediator. The enzyme electrode can be manufactured by mixing a carbon powder having a nanolevel of platinum particles supported thereon with a glucose dehydrogenase (FADGDH) whose coenzyme is flavin-adenine dinucleotide (FAD).
