<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The procedure for transforming substances to release mechanical energy uses vibrations produced by sound or electromagnetic waves to create instability in the substances that results in destructuration. The apparatus used for the procedure is an electromechanical or electro magnetic transformer (1), e.g. piezoelectric, connected by a wire to a variable-frequency oscillator to produce a super-oscillation of the material's electrons or atoms.
