A rotation unit (2) pivots the arm around a vertical direction, along an angle up to 360 degrees. An adjusting unit (3) adjusts the lateral inclination angle of the arm with respect to the vertical. A brush lifting unit (4) is integrated to the arm. The units (1-4) and the arm act in combination, such that the brush can be pushed or pulled by a self-propelled road sweeping-cleaning vehicle e.g. road sweeper, during its displacement. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in a self-propelled road sweeping-cleaning vehicle e.g. road sweeper, (claimed) for holding a brush, where the vehicle cleans a traffic lane or a street. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device is capable of integrating the pushed brush function in order to increase the sweeping surface with respect to the width of the vehicle.
