The first layer transmits about 50% or more of radiation of wavelength ? of one polarization state incident on the first layer and specularly reflects about 80% or more of incident radiation of wavelength ? having the orthogonal polarization state. The second layer is also configured so that the article specularly reflects about 10% or less of incident radiation having the orthogonal polarization state.
