A lamp or winker apparatus (20) for a vehicle (1) for saving power and providing a long life and for achieving miniaturization of a lamp body (23) by using a light emitting diode (25) as a light source. The lamp or winker apparatus (20) for a vehicle includes a front winker (20) having a light emitting diode (25) as a light source in a lamp body (23), and a resistance circuit (30) for adjusting the voltage to be applied to the light emitting diode (25). The resistance circuit (30) is provided separately outside the lamp body (23).
