The garden spade has a commercial spade made of steel of approximate dimensions 180 x 270 mm and has a wood handle replaced by a steel extension of approximately 600-800 mm. The end is arranged so that a commercial drill bit and impact hammer can be used. The steel extension can be finished with a large splined shaft as well as impact hammer of size 19 mm.
